RHG Advisory presented the 2024 winning bid documents for the Headquarters hosting rights of the Africa Energy Bank (AEB) to NMDPRA.
RHG Advisory acted as the lead advisor and arranger for the Federal Republic of Nigeria’s bid for the hosting rights of the $5Billion supranatural African Energy Bank (AEB). Nigeria emerged as the winner ahead of Algeria, Ghana, South Africa, Côte d’Ivoire, and the Benin Republic, all members of APPO (African Petroleum Producers Organization).
The Authority supported the bid process alongside all players in the energy ecosystem (NNPC, NCDMB, PTDF, NUPRC), and the agencies all subscribed to the bank’s equity.
